Roles and Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively address their concerns.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Bacancy Technology's services.
  • Develop account expansion strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business within existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with Bacancy Technology's business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Work with clients to understand their business goals and align Bacancy Technology's offerings accordingly.
  • Liaise with project managers, delivery teams, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities for strategic accounts.
  • Monitor key account metrics, such as customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention.
  • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders on the status of strategic accounts.

Skill Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic account management within the technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA
