Tenants, in turn, can effortlessly discover properties, connect with fellow tenants, and access expert support whenever necessary.

Automating the addition of property details to other platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla.
- Solution: Utilizing their respective APIs for property details verification and data formatting. In cases of missing data, default values are applied before publishing the listing.
Implementing a local wallet feature for tenants and landlords allows for partial payment flow.
- Solution: Developed three sub-modules to facilitate wallet functionality. Payments are initially deducted from the user's wallet and subsequent adjustments based on the entered payment details.
Integrating Laravel Filament for its dynamic form builder capabilities, unlike Laravel Nova.
- Solution: We chose Laravel Filament over Laravel Nova for its dynamic form builder and other unique features, providing the desired results for our application.
Building the system V4 using Laravel Filament, a TALL stack technology-based admin panel with limited support.
- Solution: We navigated this challenge by studying Laravel Filament's documentation, independently resolving issues, and seeking help from the core team on Discord.
