Overview
The challenges facing the University of Northern Canada included modernizing infrastructure to support state-of-the-art research and increasing teaching capacity. Using the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), the university could manage resources more cleanly, process research data more quickly, and ultimately have a more collaborative teaching environment. This transition significantly cut the cost of operation while giving faculty and students access to advanced tools and resources. As a result, the university was instrumental in generating an environment of thought, eventually making the university a leader in educational excellence.
