I started my journey with Bacancy nearly 10 years ago, in Jan 2014. joined with prior experience of 3 years as an iOS developer and got a chance to manage a small team here in the beginning. The company was growing at an exceptional speed and got numerous chances to learn and explore numerous possibilities. I have excelled in the position of project manager and enjoy working with the team as we are like family members. When I first joined Bacancy in 2014 as an Android Developer, my initial plan was to stay for 2-3 years and then jump to a Top MNC company. It's been 10 years, and I still enjoy working with Bacancy. Never had a second thought about working in MNC due to the exceptional work-life balance and the opportunity. I never knew how fast these 10 years passed.
