Parth Sardhara

Parth Sardhara has started his journey with Bacancy as a Trainee. He got training in Angular and was the first trainee of that batch to start the live project within 2 months of the training. He has also experience in ReactJS, Firebase, Backend technologies like Nodejs, MongoDB, MySQL, etc. He has a class to clear the client interviews and set a record of it. After realizing the importance of frontend and the challenging role of it, He decided to go forward his career in Frontend technologies. His efficiency, extreme productivity, powerful mindset and good management skills gave a great opportunity to become the youngest Engineering Manager of the Angular Department on 1 st January 2023. As an EM of Angular, He is currently managing, Client interviews, Freshers interview, Freshers training, preparing the team members for the candidate interview, team engagement, Deal Cracker preparation for the team, helping the team members technically and non-technically and so other things.

His journey with the Bacancy is really great so far, He joined as a trainee to become an Engineering Manager and manage so many activities and plans in the Bacancy says a lot so far.

Parth likes to say: "If you don’t like the system then first follow the system, go on the top and changed the system."
